Who we are
I grew up with one goal—lose weight. At first, it was about feeling comfortable in my own skin and proving to others that I could do it. Through intuitive changes, I lost over 70 pounds. But somewhere along the way, I fell into a new kind of restriction—one fueled by fear of food rather than freedom.
Everything changed when I started competing. I learned how to properly fuel my body for performance, how to lose fat sustainably and enjoyably, and how to train in a way that aligns with my long-term goals—not just aesthetic ones. I also discovered the power of consistent daily habits and how much they impact real progress.
This journey is no longer about proving anything to anyone. It’s about growth, strength, and becoming the best version of me. And I want to help others do the same.
